When you enter Ranked Championships mode each day you will be allocated 5 random featured fighters. To unlock this trophy you need to complete a fight (you don't need to win) with each of them. The trophy will not unlock straight after finishing your last fight with your featured fighters so you will need to have 1 more fight (you can use any fighter) before it will unlock.
Tip: You can filter which weight classes you search for a fight in, to those you have a featured fighter in by pushing the
