If you skipped the introduction,you can simply replay it. Go to the main menu and on the extras. There you will find the replay option :) I Hope I helped for somebody.

As soon as you load up the game for the first time there will be a video package about Conor McGregor. Once this is over it will put you into a tutorial fight vs Tony Ferguson.
Simply win this fight by any means and you'll get this achievement.

I've made a video on this which also includes the intro video package.

To unlock the UFC 1: The Beginning trophy in EA SPORTS UFC 3, you will simply need to complete the very first intro fight, which will basically act as an intro/short tutorial.

After the intro video, you will fight as McGregor against Ferguson. Finish the fight and the trophy will unlock. The result of the fight doesn't matter.

If you completed the introduction in the demo, then after purchasing the full version, select the “add-ons” tab on the main screen and select to complete the introduction again.
After the battle, a trophy will drop.
