What you want to do is fill all slots in: Striking, Grappling and Training for one of your ultimate team fighters.

Playing matches on single player championships will unlock you packs you can open and then you can use the moves you unlock in the packs on your striking, grappling and training slots for your chosen fighter.

Select 'auto fill' when equipping moves for you fighter. This will place any usable moves into your fighter slots.

Keep playing single player championships and unlocking packs until you have enough moves to fill every slot. Once every slot is filled your achievement should pop.
