How to unlock the Iron Chin achievement in EA SPORTS UFC - Definitive Guide
This achievement is unlockable in all game modes except private matches.
To unlock this achievement you must recover from a "stun state" from a strike.(including punches, knees, elbows, kicks, etc.)
A stun state is when your FOV changes, and your character begins to wobble The best way I have found to survive this is to either create distance from your opponents and allow it to wear off or, strike back and hopefully put your opponent in a stun state or even knock them out. Good Luck!

This will likely come naturally & will unlock if you take a heavy blow to the head & are not KO’d in the follow up. If you somehow do not unlock this naturally it can be boosted either using a 2nd controller or by finding an online boosting partner here: Trophy Boosting Thread (Read First Post!), then constantly get punched/kicked in the head until you are stunned then stop punching/kicking until you recover, the trophy should unlock straight away you don’t need to win or finish the round.
A stun state is when the head of your avatar will flash red and you will be fighting to survive. The easiest way to survive a stun state is to quickly go for a takedown by holding + quarter circle. Even if your attempt fails you can go in for another one, repeat this until the stun state clears and the achievement will unlock. After you have survived the stun state if you can finish your opponent in the same round you will also unlock "Iron Heart." Both of these achievements should come naturally at some point throughout your career.
