How to unlock the UFC Contract! achievement in EA SPORTS UFC - Definitive Guide

You start your Career Mode run by fighting to enter The Ultimate Fighter. To unlock the achievement you will need to win four fights, a preliminary fight, a quarter final fight, a semi-final fight and the finale. Once you have won the fourth fight and earned the title of Ultimate Fighter the achievement will unlock.
Don’t worry if you lose any of these fights, if you do you will be asked if you want to try again. Declining will obviously void the achievement.

At the start you'll join the Ultimate Fighter. Go through the tournament of about 5 opponents, beat them, make it to the final where you'll debut in the UFC. Win this match to become the Ultimate Fighter and earn a contract in the UFC!

This will come naturally when playing career; if you lose a fight you can instantly replay it. The game will not progress until you win at this stage. This is 4 fights, leading to the final where you must win to get a contract with the UFC.
