To unlock this achievement, you will need to complete one stage event run by a Club through Racenet.
In order to do this, first you'll have to join a club. To do this, go to https://racenet.com/ and sign in with your EA Account connected to your Xbox Gamertag. Once you do this, click on the EA WRC page and click 'Clubs' on the top of the page. Here, you can join any club that you so wish (for example 'Official WRC'). Make sure that the club says 'In Progress', which means that there's an event running at that moment.
Once you join the club, head back into your EA WRC game. From the main menu, go to 'Clubs'. The club that you joined should now appear. Click on that club and it should show the current event in-progress. Click 'Enter Event', complete the event and you will unlock the achievement.

Great guide, thanks! If you are like me and the club isn't showing up in the game after you joined it on Racenet, check your settings and make sure crossplay is enabled. I had mine turned off and the club I joined was crossplay enabled.

To unlock this achievement you need to complete an entire club event. Instead of joining a random club and doing 12 stages, we will just create our own club event with only 1 stage to make this quick.
First go to https://racenet.com/ and sign in with your EA Account. Next, click on EA WRC and click clubs at the top. Next click Create Club in the top right. Make up a random name, set it to friends only, and create the club.
Now go back into EA WRC. From the main menu, go to Clubs. The club that you created should now appear. Click on that club and create a championship with a single short stage (I chose WRC1/Monte Carlo/Moissiere) make sure to set start time to 0 days so it starts now. Next join the event and complete the stage, once completed you will unlock the achievement. You can go back to Racenet and delete the club.
