The ideal way to complete this achievement is by going to "Quick Play." From there, select "Solo" and then "Create Rally." Afterwards, create a championship and add 1 event (You will find the Impreza in the Group A class of cars.)
Find "Rally Iberia," select anything but Winter as your season, and pick a route. The shortest route is "Montclar" or "Botareli" so I would preferably choose either one of those. Now select "Confirm Event" and then "Confirm Championship." Simply start the championship, pick the '95 Impreza, and complete the route.
Note: As the achievement description suggests, you HAVE to win against the Class Leader, unlike some of the other similar achievements.

Right before the start, when you are in the service area...you can hit X for Options, difficulty and Turn the AI-Performance down to 1!
