How to unlock the Fearless in Karba achievement in Earthlock: Festival of Magic - Definitive Guide

The best place i found for this was the Tremel Tree @ lvl 16ish.

In this dungeon at the very start 4 groups of 4 cross paths. If you pull them together in a group of 8 they are very easy to kill and award 3k xp. It took me around 7 fights to get a 5 star bond.

Bond 1-3 are 1 fight each, Bond 4-5 are 2-3 fights each.

Very fast and easy with AOE damage.

Another method to raise your bonds very fast would be to just fight in the tournaments and let all enemies in every round run towards you :)
The Zaber tournament will be your choice for being level 11/12 - level 16 and the suvia tournament for level 16+.
Furthermore, I doubt that the perk "Bonds of Battle" as well as Taikas ability "Pack call" have anything to do on how fast your bond level increases, it only affects how fast your battle bond fills up, meaning how fast you are able to use your super abilities.
FYI, I wasn't the one who gave you the negative vote ^^'

Thanks. did a quick edit.

I found this way was easier then the second tournament. video will be up shortly. its was much easier to keep everyone alive and pull all 8 people for 3k xp every time.

Yeah this is the best spot. Warp in, follow the first set up north to the trunk and they should meet another set for the 8. Then back south and wait at the intersection till you can see another set of 4 then follow them to the next set to make the 8. Warp, then repeat.

Quick question regarding the level.

Once you unlock the 5th perk of the bond, do you then need to continue earning XP to fill up the blue bar again.

Basically, do you need to fully MAX the bond, or just unlock each passive perk?

You only need to unlock each passive perk (a bit late I know).

So to achieve this, just win XP? I have not been to that specific place of your video solution yet, but in the battles I enter after I've finished the game, I do not get XP anymore ...

Friends, is there a right mix of characters in the Party to level the Bond and thus gain all the talent points?

No. Just mix and match all characters until it's complete and use any AOE damage that you can

IMPORTANT: a pair won't receive any Bond XP unless 1 of them attacks during the fight. When I was using PAT to 1-shot every fight, the other pair was never levelling up unless they contributed. Here's my little farming spot:

Bonds are like friendship levels between characters. Bonds can only be formed as long as you have 2 characters paired together. Eventually, you can have 4 characters in a party making it possible to have 2 different Bonds and pairs in a party. In order to fully level up Bonds, you need to gain Bond XP which is gained by completing battles together in a pair. Each character has different Bonds and Perks that can reach a Bond level of 5 Stars. On each new level of Bond, a new perk is unlocked. Each of these will also give you more Bond Battle Bars (5 blue bars maxed when fully leveled), making it possible to use Specials even longer than you normally would in battles.

The easiest way to get maxed out bonds between all characters is to farm them all at the Tournaments. Once you're done with a pair, simply rotate that character out of the party and repeat the grinding (see Festival Masters ). Once all characters have a maxed out Bond of level 5 with each other, the trophy will unlock.

Bonds can be formed once you have three party members. The bond is used to get passive bonuses as the bond increases, as well as charge up the super abilities for your characters during combat. You will select two party members to be grouped together, and any actions those two characters take during battle will charge the super meter. Once you activate the super ability, you'll be able to use special abilities for both of the characters until the charge wears off (each ability uses a different amount, and you get five charges). You can use it all with one character or split it between the two if you'd like.

As for leveling all the bonds, this comes from simply fighting battles together. You'll want to pair one set of characters and fully max out their bond (Level 5), and then switch to a new bond. The only exception to this might be the first bond you finish, as you'll likely not be finished with the bond you have going on your other two characters, since the fourth character doesn't join at the same time as the third.

As with the Champions of Umbra achievement, you'll likely have two characters who sat out and did not form bonds throughout the game, so this will take a bit of grinding to unlock later on.
