How to unlock the Diligent Hogbunny achievement in Earthlock: Festival of Magic - Definitive Guide
Blaze, Naruto, Shippuden
As mentioned in both the Gardener of Lango 
and Lango Plantmaster 
trophies, you'll need to harvest and fill up the garden with plants to unlock this trophy. Doing the above two trophies will ultimately unlock this trophy. There are 22 holes that you need to fill up the garden with and the trophy will unlock whenever you fill the final hole. Just remember, that you need to unroot 2 Minor plants in order to plant the last two versions of the Magnum type plants.
The, Pants, Party
There are 22 seed holes in the garden and you simply need to have a plant growing in each of the spots. As you continue to harvest each of the plants, they will mutate and award you with a new seed to plant. You will get three of each plant type eventually (so 24 seeds total) and will be able to fill up the garden. See "Lango Plantmaster" for a bit more info.
