How to unlock the Spiritualist of the Sands achievement in Earthlock: Festival of Magic - Definitive Guide

When you have done a bit over 30% of the game, you will reach "Scrollroad Desert". Once you are inside of this cave, walk down and left immediatelly. Talk to the guy standing there. He will give you the perk talent "From Beyond".
Now equip it in an empty perk node. Make sure the character who has this perk active is selected in the overworld, otherwise you will not see the ghosts. (Change the active character by pressing RT).
Now you can go back into the open desert area. You will soon notice a new type of enemy, they have a greyish color, float and are always together in a group of three. These are the ghosts you are looking for. They are scattered all over the desert area, six of them are also in the "Franir's Lair" area in the south-east of the desert. You have to kill 50 of them for this achievement. (There seem to be more, though.)
One additional tip: Gnart's Regen ability can actually hurt them. They should not be a hard enemy at around level 11.
Happy hunting

Yeah, there's definitely more than 50 and they're pretty much all over the place in areas before and after you get the From Beyond talent.

It might be worth mentioning (and it might be obvious to some but) it seems in order to meet the quest requirements for this character you need all the ghost tags to be on the same save slot. I assume this is the case as I have just got the 'spiritualist of the sands' achievement (Help 50 ghosts to rest at peace) but don't have the second lot of 25 ghost tags to satisfy the requirements for the second quest he sets.

I've gotten close to 60 total but not at the same time so I assume you must have all 50 at one time?

I don't think so. I collected 25, got my reward, then collected the other 25 tags. That worked.

Anyone else turn in 25 tags twice already and get 2 KO cards and he still wants more tags?

Yes, he’ll still want more tags after you give him 25, then 25. But the achievement fires as soon as you defeat 50 ghosts; it’s not linked to handing in Ghost Tags to this NPC. Perhaps it used to be, but it isn’t now; I had the achievement pop midcombat.

Adding ontop of andiapocalypse a few leanings on my side :
1/ achievement count and in game (item) count were not aligned for me, the achievement pop's up at 53/54.
2/ the guy in the cavern did not give me anything at 25 tags, but give me 2 perks when i reached 50 tags
3/ Each ghost pop only once, when you kill them they are gone even if you leave and reload the area.
4/ but there is a tone of them ! i'm already close to 100 tags by just redoing the old level before Survia.
5/This is great because the critical perk you get for each 25 tags you trade is pretty powerfull
6/ Level of ghost seems to change based on the area they are in. Go back to first area, you can probbaly kill them in one shot.

Note: This trophy needs Patch Version 1.02 in order for it to unlock. If you play the game pre-patched with the physical copies of the game, you'll only unlock the Lango Plantmaster trophy instead. If you install the latest patch and kill a Ghost, the trophy will unlock as intended.

For this trophy, you need to defeat 50 Ghost enemies. In order to defeat ghost type of enemies which are undead creatures. You need to get the "From Beyond" Perk Talent by speaking with an NPC character in the Scrollroad Desert. Once you're inside that dungeon, head all the way to the left to find an NPC by the name Wiggle. He'll basically ask you to collect 25 Ghost Tags and return back to him for the "It's a KO" Perk. The "It's a KO" Perk is a really good Perk Talent as it'll guarantee the next strike is critical if the last strike KO'd the target. He is the man that will give you the "From Beyond" Perk and the character that equips this will be able to see Ghost on the World Map, so make sure you give it to the character that you always use on the World Map. Ghosts are nothing special, they are extremely easy to kill and you can even use healing spells against them since they are undead and weak to healing spells. It should be noted that Ghosts don't respawn once they're killed, however, there are more than over 150+ Ghosts in the game. In order for the trophy to unlock, you need to simply defeat 50 of these Ghosts while "From Beyond" is equipped. You're not required to return the Ghost Tags back to Wiggle, but I do recommend you return back to him anyway in order to give the "It's a KO" Perk to everyone in your party.

When you arrive in the Scrollroads dungeon, you will immediately see a save point ahead. Turn west from here and speak to an NPC to receive the From Beyond Perk, which you will need to equip on someone. Make sure the character who has it equipped is also your on-screen character (you can switch this by hitting or ), and you will now see the ghosts that haunt the world. The ghosts will spawn continuously if the Perk is active, and they always roam in groups of three. They are quite easy to kill, and doing this achievement right away will help you level for the upcoming boss fight at the end of the Scrollroads area. You will also get a handy Perk from the NPC for every 25 ghosts you kill that you should have equipped on all your characters (it guarantees a critical hit on your next attack after killing an enemy), so killing 100 ghosts to get four copies is ideal.

Ghosts will spawn in every part of the world, and you can easily get all 50 from the Desert area.
