This will not unlock for me, doing the lvl 1 run. Killed it twice now. After it didn't ping I deleted my save data from console reloaded and killed it again no achievement. Didn't even get any other achievement for completing the women's story or for completing both stories, deleted save data again reset xbox killed it a 3rd time still no achievements

Ok I sorted it, played another game and pinged an achievement then swapped back, completed the game and they all pinged.
i don't think this game likes quick resume as I missed a couple of earlier boss achievements and they didn't ping had to go through again. My advice would be to quit the game when you have finished playing it

No problem for me (got it today 2023-08-17), perhaps this issue has been patched ?
