How to unlock the Nutrient Fortified achievement in Eastward - Definitive Guide

There are 20 extra heart upgrades to be found throughout the game, and most of these you will get through natural story progression.
Others will be found in the 'Heart Orb' chests scattered across the chapters. Each one of these chests will give you a heart orb and once you have collected 4 of these, you get a heart upgrade.
If you are going for the full completion, you will naturally open all of these treasure chests. Once you have opened them all and beat the game, you may still be short by 1 upgrade and the achievement won't pop.
Don't panic like I did - the final 3 Heart Orbs are given to you as part of side quests in Chapter 3, relating to this achievement:
The A Person with Heart achievement in Eastward worth 120 pointsObtain a "heart" from the people of New Dam City.
Once you unlock this achievement, you will get your final heart upgrade and get the 'Nutrient Fortified' achievement at the same time - if, of course, you have not already
