When you start your game talk to any NPC you come across and by Chapter 3 you should get this achievement, there are plenty of people scattered throughout your journey so don't worry if you haven't got it by then, you'll get it eventually.

Hmmm, the in-game achievement just popped up but not the Xbox one...
