Start the second level on easy (minor hazard). Three guys will run at you. Kill them. Walk forward. There will be two guys. Shoot them both in the head. Take your time, you're on easy. I suggest a pistol, they are the most accurate. Bang, achievement. If you want to be efficient check my guides for the fire extinguishers, say no to pot, and the meat destruction one. This will save you time.

I think the first room has 4 guys in it. And yeah, the second room only has 2. To be clear, these are the only six people you need to kill with headshots for the achievement to unlock. At first I thought it was going to be every enemy in the level! Glad that it wasn't. Good solution man, thumbs up.
