Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard

These weapons are first encountered on 'Same Ship, Different Bay', or level 5 to you and me. After the Master Chef cutscene you'll need to shoot everyone in the room (2 Space Marines and 3 'ordinary' baddies). Then another short cut scene and you'll have a chance to pick up the Plasma Rifle and Energy Pistol. They're also both outside the lift once you get in it and ride up.

You can get the 50 kills with each of those weapons in the next area, exit the lift and there's a space marine either side of you, both of which spawn a zombie when they die. Then there's another 6 marines that drop in 2s in the next room. Don't worry about ammo, both of these guns respawn infront of the lift doors anyway. So, shooting the 2 marines outside the lift, plus the 2 zombies, plus 5 more marines in the next room nets you 9 kills, then let the last marine in that room kill you. You'll start again in the lift, repeat a total of 5 times for each weapon then carry on for the pop 5 kills later.
