How to unlock the Your Turn achievement in Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard - Definitive Guide
*You can do this if you pick up two machine guns, + energy pistol.*
If you sit behind the FIRST obstical when you walk in the door,
( by the AK-47 ).
You wont have to fight ANY other enemy's besides the boss, use all your ammo in your sub machine guns, then grab the AK-47 and use that.
Then for the final stage shoot your energy pistol to kill him quickly.
-Should take less that 2 minutes-
"Ive tested it on Max Hazard, and it worked perfectly"
GOOD LUCK

This achievement is story based. Altos Tratus is the Sephiroth-like boss you'll encounter late in the game. Your best strategy is to just keep firing on him and hiding behind the low walls. More often than not, he'll call in his cronies or green energy spheres. Try to destroy the spheres so he doesn't regain too much energy and try to dispatch the enemies quickly. Altos will have to die twice before the achievement unlocks.

what green energy spheres?

Every once in a while he'll have these green energy spheres that form on the outside and start coming towards him. The spheres don't hurt you but they will give him back some energy, prolonging the fight. You don't have to destroy them but it does help if you want the battle done quickly.
