This requires multiple steps.
First you need to find the Broken BLOPO-11, which can be found at Billy’s garage right before your first boss fight with the Clown Animatronic.
Talking to Mr.Magnus, who’s house is down street and has solar panels out front, will tell you he needs a Battery Part and Robonix Magazine in order to repair it.
The Battery Part can be found in the spaceship in the Cornfield. Once you’ve entered the spaceship go to the right and it will be at the back in the right hand corner.
The magazine is located in the bookstore but will cost $250. But you can quickly get this by defeating the Prom Queen boss in the school who will give a coupon that gets you the book for free.
Head back to Mr.Magnus and he will repair BLOPO-11, who will then join your party.

Having problems with this one I beat the prom queen for the voucher gave it to the girl at the bookstore but she didnt give me magazine I dont even see the magazine in the bookstore

It’s at the bottom of the store, towards you the player who is looking through the invisible 4th wall, on the only book shelf there.

The, Pants, Party
The robot requires three different items before it can be built by the scientist in the garage where you are constructing the portal. First, grab the Broken BLOPO-11 in Billy's Garage where you fight the animatronic clown boss. Second, grab the Battery Part in the crashed spaceship in the cornfield. Lastly, get the Robonix Magazine from the bookstore downtown (you will get a coupon from the Prom Queen boss to get this for free). Bring all three items to the scientist in the garage to fix the robot and recruit it.
