How to unlock the Floral Fantasy achievement in Echo Generation - Definitive Guide

so there are three flowers total.
Cactus: Found in the FST Laboratory. Alarm needs to be activated before you can grab.
Lily: The tombstone where you have to input symbols, there is a path way nearby that leads to the bottom. Follow it and you will eventually run into it.
The third one should be in the field with the red tractor/harvester boss. Wander around the area. (I'll be honest, I didn't pay much attention on this part lmao, it was in this area though)
Once you get all three, head to the downtown area and speak to the lady you helped cross the street(this is another achievement where you help her cross the street twice)
Speak to her three times, one for each flower. She gives you a cookie for each one. Once you hand in the final, the achievement should pop.

Just to clarify a bit more where they are, the one in the laboratory is up the stairs and on a desk in the back of the area (past the character you give the Porto picture to). The one next to the tractor is in front of the tractor and to the left, in between the load zone for the previous area and the tractor (it doesn't stand out much, but it's the only flower in the immediate area).
