Missable. You can only fight the School Principal once you sneak into him basement.
But you can only get into his basement when he’s out of the house. He’s locked the door so you need to go to his in office in the school located Downtown.
After you do that run back, go into his house, grab the basement keys and go down the basement.
There’s a room all the way on the left that has the tape called Turn Up the Magic as was as the comic book to unlock the skilled called Back Stab.
Play the tape on the boom box next to the kid in a cell and run back to the run. Come back and and head to the stairs to start the fight.
Afterwards you’ll get the cage key from the doll to free the kid who’ll give you Candy.

I would like to add that there is no way to leave the basement once you play the music, you will have to kill the principal to progress.
Additional side note: you can essentially farm unlimited food from the garbage can in the office down there. It refills everytime you die, and you keep what you collected, so you can just keep running into battle half health just to die, then when you reload grab the food again.

The, Pants, Party
The School Principal is an optional boss fought in his basement. You will first need to go into his office at the school in the Downtown area to grab the key to his house. Once inside his house, grab the basement keys in the kitchen and go down. Get the Turn Up the Magic mixtape all the way to the right, then put that inside the boombox and press play to summon the Principal. Win the fight to unlock the achievement.
