This boss is located in the Junkyard at the very end. I recommend leveling up until at least level 6. Put 1 into Strength and the rest into Health. I also recommend recruit the cat in the Cornfield as it can give you some extra damage.
I believe you can can also get a skill for the cat that heals a single ally for 50% of there health. The comic book to unlock this skill is with the Grandma who lives next door to your house.
She’s standing on the porch, talking to her the first time will get you a cookie. Talking to her again gets you the comic book.
Edit: Defeating him gives you Scarp Metal with you can exchange with Mr.Magnus for the Bus Pass to go Downtown.

How do you farm level?
I don't have any more ennemies to fight. Tried to sleep or change screen to respawn them but they're all on the ground, unavailable to fight..
I'm level 4 and stuck on this boss, it deals too much damage.

having the same issue. all my characters are level 4 (meowsy being 1exp off) and have no more enemies to fight
