The Prom Queen is located in the school in the middle hallway. You’ll see and hear her when you walk by or up and down the hall.
You can only fight her at night. Going in and of the principals office to the left of the school will advance time. Do this until it’s night and walk up the middle hallway.
Defeating her will give you a coupon to get Robonix Magazine for free. Which helps you in recruiting BLOPO-11.

The Prom Queen is an optional boss fought in the school. She will only attack you at night, so you'll need to enter and exit the Principal's office to change the time of day. She will only attack you once, despite still haunting the halls after you defeat her.
