Your sister Lily wants a traffic cone in order to join you. It’s located up the street and to the left.
A dog will be watching it and won’t left you take it. Go to the car to the left and click on it. This will prompt the dog to move and watch the car and allowing you to take the traffic cone.
Go back to your house, give her the traffic cone and you’ll recruit her.
