The Treehouse is 2 houses over to the right of your house. In order to gain access you’ll need some Christmas Lights. You get these by beating your first boss, the Clown Animatronic.
I recommend you level up a bit before fighting him. Once you’ve gotten the Christmas Lights go back to the Treehouse and give the Christmas Lights to the kid in the booth.

I'm guessing that levelling up by keep on fighting the rats or the raccoons?
