EchoBlade (UP)

I spent an hour running around, kicking skulls next to guards and my counter wasn't going up. I finally figured out this os for clicking in the right thumbstick and intentionally making noise to alert the guards. You can sit anywhere and just click that in a 100 times and you're golden.
