One of the first achievements you'll get in this game. Sacred Tree Nut is this game's Estus Flask from Dark Souls. Initially, you get only 1, but after consuming it enough times you'll be able to hold up to 4 or 5 of these.
To get this achievement ASAP, start any dungeon (I recommend "Incidents", the first mission) and simply hold
to heal and fill fullness meter. Find an enemy and let them kill you to start again.
You can also refill your nuts every 5 floors between levels.
