You'll need to pay 1000 Heyr to the NPC standing in front of a chest, located SW of Junion Lake. After opening the chest and leaving the immediate area, Daryon will reflect on his actions and the achievement will pop.

The, Pants, Party
This achievement is unlocked by completing a quick side-quest which can be found to the Southwest of Junion Lake. It is directly Southeat of "Crystal Fruit #10" on the Chapter 2 collectible map (see Crystal Fruits IV (60G) for the link to the maps). When you arrive here, you'll see the yellow exclamation point for the quest giver. All this quest entails is giving him 1000 gold to allow you to open the chest. You'll get a simple potion for your trouble, and the achievement. Feel free to save prior and reload to get your money back, completing the quest doesn't offer any experience or any other benefit outside of the achievement.
