When you first enter Herelsor, there is a nobleman to the right of the street, after the merchant carts, he will give you a side quest: The Last Uralik.
You will need to ferret out information of where to find the beast in question, but when you finally do, Selene has doubts if you should fight it, but it attacks either way.
After the battle is over, which is sadly very easy, return to Herelsor and you can inform the client of what has been done, but you have a decision to make: To side with Selene or the noble.
Not sure if the choice makes a difference if the achievement pops, probably not, but there is no real difference in the reward.

The, Pants, Party
The Last Uralik is a side-quest found in Herelsor City. Once accepted, you will get a number of quest markers pop up on your map. You can check with all of them, but one specific person will request 500 Heyr for the location. Once you pay him, teleport to Crelk Forest - Center to find the enemy. It is Level 11 and weak to Ice. Defeat it and return to the quest giver to unlock the achievement.
