Story related, cannot be missed:
After passing through Jagholm, head west to the Nekaroo Farm, or you can follow the road signs. There you will witness two arguing partners & they will offer you the chance to buy the farm for 1000 Heyrs.
Pay for the cost, watch a cutscene & activate the new quest to talk to Craggers - the achievement will then pop!
This achievement is well worth the ride & to see Selene's reactions! (Wish they had the voice actors play out the scene - would have made it funnier!)

I think I miss
I did the quest offered inside the farm, but I didn't see how to ride one and ended up walking
Funny thing is that later in the story I am notified that Nekaroo returned to the farm (which would happen following the flow of the story) even though I never saw him
Edit:Guess I was wrong, is in the second farm that you get the Nekaroo, I mistaken with the first one rigth in the start of the game

Story related and can not be missed.
Note: You will earn a Nekaroo early in the story during the "Purple Whiskers" side-quest, but this Nekaroo leaves you as part of the story and it is not until you earn your permanent ride in Chapter 2 that the achievement unlocks.
