While you must solve this puzzle for story progression, doing it flawlessly is what gets you the trophy so I recommend making a save prior to dying the foods.

In the asylum, Lilli will come into possession of four colored items, four items of food, and a pizza with no toppings. Take all of these into the bathroom. Place the colored items in the corresponding colored urinals and dye the foods: Blue broccoli, green tomatoes, red bananas, yellow blueberries.

Once you have the properly colored foods, look at the pizza in your inventory, use each food item on it once and close out of the pizza (). Take the pizza to the nearby Role-Playing Grounds and give it to Adrian to finally unlock this trophy.
