This is not hard to do at all.
Choose the "Scooter Driving" level from the menu.
Then just keep your eyes on each coin that appears on screen. (There are exactly 70 of them) Try to avoid getting rockets if it makes it harder to get every one of them.
The coins will appear in wavy lines, so just slowly move the Scooter with the flow of coins.
