Most of these achievements I was able to do with 2 controllers.
Start a game with 2 controllers and using the second controller bring the ball into the box in front of the keeper, then do a hard slide tackle with (B) with your main profile, the ref should award a penalty.
Now simply tap (x) on your second controller and don’t move your keeper with your main profile, the goalie should easily save it netting you the achievement.

Note that all trophies unlock with local co-op so if you have a second controller they are really easy. Just concede a penalty and then get ghe 2nd controller to hit it straight
