The league this achievement refers to is the national league from the country you are playing. It can be in any difficulty. Easiest way is to set the difficulty to beginner, and make sure your player helps the team win. You can simulate some of the matches if you wish. You only need to be champion, if you win before championship finishes you get the achievement sooner. However, if you are going for top eleven, be careful as it can be harder and you might need to simulate less matches. This is even more important if you are going for best player in the world achievement.
