A chip shot is achieved by holding LB whilst shooting. For this achievement you need to score five chip-shot goals cumulatively in the game, which can be in a single match or across multiple matches in different game modes.

As a tip, if you find yourself shooting into an empty net after a squared pass, you can do a very light chip shot and this will still count. It doesn’t need to go over the goalkeeper’s head to count.

It actually wasn't that hard after doing some research and reading; if done correctly it can be achieved within a few minutes.

One has to choose one of the strongest teams as their side, then choose one of the weakest team as the other side and play a versus match using both controllers. Just have the other controller idle while you go at the goalie time after time again and accumulate your chip shots in one match. Once completed you'll be notified and your achievement will pop up - that's it, you're all done and ready for the next challenge!
