If you don't have a second controller then an easy way is to play a local match, set the game to beginner difficulty, play as a high rated team like Barcelona, play against a low rated team, a second league team is fine, have your keeper pass the ball into his own net twice so you're 0-2.
Once you've done this you can turn around and start scoring until the game is over.

Achievement should ding on the final whistle

Use a second controller with any team you want. On your second controller score 2 goals against yourself wait for halftime. Once halftime starts score 3 goals make sure the game ends and the achievement will pop up right after the game is over.
