Start a local match with the teams Manchester B (Manchester City) and Manchester United (both English League). Choose beginner difficulty (or higher) and 5 minute halves.

You need to win the match to get this achievement.

There is no such thing as an exhibition match, what you meant was a local match.

Should work for any two local rival teams. I went for Hibs & Hearts, the two Edinburgh teams.

Made it into a career. It’s easiest in the Premier League and Championship, where every fifth derby match is played.

We need to play a derby between two teams. We choose a local match, English Premier League, take Manchester B (Manchester City) against Manchester United, beginner difficulty, 5 minutes and win the match!

I will add to the above that the derby needs to be played, and not simulated. I chose Liverpool and started playing ML, completely simulated the season, the derby trophy didn’t drop, although I won against Everton, I started the 2nd season, but already played a match with Everton and the trophy fell at the end of the match.
