Play a local game as the home team, doesn't matter what team. Just make sure you change the difficulty to beginner. Ensure you hold onto the ball. You can pass it around your defence or just stand out by your corner flag. On beginner I found that opponent team rarely challenge you so by the end of the first half you should have 100% possession.
Into the second half, the game is so easy you should be able to walk it into the opponents goal. You can either score one or two and then just make sure you hold onto the ball like in the first half, or do what I did and wait to score in injury time at the end to also get the Final Twist achievement:
