Go to Online Divisions, and play until you have enough points to rank up. One win should do it. After that, you can simply select the option to finish the season and get you promoted, so you don't have to play all matches until season end.

This guides includes 2 achievements the one for the first victory and the one for the promotion.
This achievement is quite easy to get you just have to start a division match and get at least 300 points to reach division 11.
Points earning is based on how much stars your team have.
I did it with Juventus that gives 303 points per win and I did it in 2 matches.
After you won the match you will get another achievement for the first division match win and after the match you can press X in order to finish the season with your promotion and the achievement will pop out

Awarded for your promotion to the top division in the Online Division!

Divisions online mode is available from the eFootball tab on the main menu.

When you are in the last division, 300 points are required to reach the promotion goal.make sure you select a team that will earn you at least 300 points in one win.

As soon as you have obtained the achievements that will require a win, you can press (x) to be promoted directly and thus have success.
