Very easy achievement if you have 2 players at least, can be done with more.
You just have to go to kick off, Team Play Lobby, and select a server. You can create your own room and have a friend join you. After that, just start the match and you should gain it. Simple and quick, but you need at least two players in room to start a match.
You can always try to get on a room with random people as well.
