You must score with someone actively playing as a defender. So putting a CB in a forward position will not work.
Game Mode
Start a local match playing as a high star team vs a low star team. I chose Manchester Blue vs Luton WO (English 2nd Division).
Settings
Match Level - Beginner
Match Time - 5 min.
Condition Home - Positive
Condition Away - Negative
Achievement
Before you start the match, put your defensive line as all forward good players. So my defense was Forden, De Bruyne, B. Silva and Sterling. Just score with one of your defending players and the achievement will pop. As they all have attacking stats, you won't have an issue with them missing the goal.
