Search for a ranked match in myClub and be sure to put all filters to No Matchmaking Requirements to find games faster.
Idle your controller when the game kicks off which will boot you out. This rewards you with a game played and avoiding well over 10 minutes per game if you add the goal celebrations, half time substitutes etc.
I luckily won my first ranked match so I was ready to do this for the remaining 9 games and it unlocked even when being booted out my 10th game. This should save you many hours.

- Remove your loan players from starting 11 if you're going for the 3000 strength team achievement.
