From the main menu, go to:
Kick Off -> Versus -> To Next Match
On the Controller Select screen, ensure you are playing as the home team and that there are no controllers assigned to the away team.
Choose any teams for the home and away teams. Choosing a strong team for the home team (for example, Manchester United) and a weak one-star team (for example, Oman) will make the task easier.
On the General Settings menu, ensure the Match Level is Beginner, the home condition is UP/Green and the away condition is DOWN/Red.
Simply finish the match and the achievement will pop after the final whistle once you get to the Match Data screen (you need to forward/exit the match to get to this screen).
