The Guild Founder achievement in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes worth 20 pointsDispatch allies from the mission guild.
Just take note of where the team was sent then head over there. You'll not be able to directly talk with the team but they'll still make comments. For me the first mission was at Martha's Pasturage, in the northeastern corner of the castle town

The, Pants, Party
Once you send a team on a Guild Mission from your castle, you'll want to check the location of where they went. Then simply head to that location in the game and you'll see the group standing around searching for items. The achievement will unlock once your approach them.
