To unlock this achievement just go visit the workshop (located next door to the blacksmith at your HQ) and purchase 10 items for them to craft. These items can be used to decorate your HQ and Nowa's room. Be aware they require funds and resources to craft. But once you craft them once you don't have to keep crafting them.

For those who are wondering how to get the workshop, you need your HQ to be at Level 3 to unlock its drafting studio panel. Then, you need to go find and recruit Syd, who is standing near the smithy in Hishahn. He only joins once you've met this condition.
Building the workshop itself requires platinum ore (Seaside Cavern) and Excellent Lacquer (Eldroad; Dappled Forest third area), which you can also get passively from guild missions. Most of the cheapest things to build require mystic lumber (Dappled Forest second area) and iron ore (Abandoned Mines). So you should expect at the very least to be about two-thirds of the way through the story.

The workshop is a facility in your town that can be built in the Drafting Studio once you recruit Syd. From there, just purchase ten different items that are used to decorate Nowa's room and the castle. The cheapest ones just require some basic or middle-tier items that come from the Guild Missions. This facility is located just south of the Inn (Hero's Den).
