Eggfoot racing and breeding is introduced in your town, built as one of the nodes in the Drafting Studio. I would not bother with either of the Eggfoot achievement until you have Town-Building Hero (40G) as you'll need the best facility and food for the eggfoots to win the races. For this achievement, you only need to breed eggfoots ten times, but you'll want to do it strategically to get the best possible eggfoot for the races. To breed two eggfoots, you need to do a minimum of six races with each of them and exhaust the "Feed" counter to zero. Only when they can't be fed anymore (which increases their stats) are they available to breed, and it takes two to tango. Repeat this process a total of ten times to get the achievement - but as I mentioned, you'll want to do this strategically, so refer to Eggfoot Race Hero (10G) for info on how to get the best breeds.

I suggest saving this for combining B grade eggfoots after you have fully upgraded the racing arena and when you are going for the achievement for winning every race. You can get that done by breeding eggfoots only 6 times.
To breed them you need two eggfoots that can no longer be fed. You can feed an eggfoot once every race and they can only be fed 6 times. Once you have two eggfoots that can no longer be fed, you can select breed and combine them. In total this will take 120 races.
