How to unlock the Hot Spring Enthusiast achievement in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes - Definitive Guide
You first need to have recruited Cabana and unlocked the Hot Springs on the Drafting Table at HQ.
This can be a tricky one to accomplish as you are required to have specific team members in your party or set as your Support in order to unlock their event. For characters that you cannot add to your party or support, you only need to have recruited them, and there's a chance the event will prompt. It will require a LOT of back and forth from the Hot Springs to Ymir in the HQ to save your party in order to unlock this. You CAN Unlock this Achievement without needing all 120 heroes, I unlocked it while I was at 114 without any issue
The Official Wiki has a list of combonations you can use to easily unlock this w/o any real difficulty: https://eiyuden.wiki.gg/wiki/Hot_Spring

Also, for the ones that require multiple support slot characters, just one has to be in the party (e.g. either Janquis or Yulin for the Janquis/Yulin/Ymir scene). It's also possible to combine parties to unlock multiples (e.g. Wyler/Kuroto/Marin/Mellore/Yaelu/Janquis with Mariette recruited should unlock 4 scenes). It's 1 bath per scene

It seems like if there are multiple conversations at different HQ levels, if you don't do these at each level, you miss those conversations.
Tried multiple visits with Nowa, Seign and Mirisa, only ever had one conversation.

I got sick of having to juggle lots of tabs on my phone and struggling to keep track of the ridiculous amount of collectables in this game, while also discovering that some sources had a lot of missing, incomplete, hard to read and in some cases wrong information.
So I decided to do the reasonable thing and combine everything into a spreadsheet for all achievement-related collectables in this game. As always, this will be view only, so make a copy to your OneDrive and edit to your hearts content. I built the sheet for myself and will use this pretty exclusively to achieve 1000G - so if something is missing in there {and I don't have the achievement yet} please let me know. I will also be adding my own notes if I feel the information isn't enough.
The only one you will want to keep track of during your playthrough is the Recruits, as they'll help you for various things throughout the story, and having all recruits branches out into the other achievements (Card battles, Runes etc).
Once I've 1000G'd the game I'll edit this guide so that it's known that no further edits are planned.
If something isn't in this sheet, then it's because it either has a not-so-awkward check-list in game (Card Battles, Chests) and I felt that I didn't need it in the sheet, or it does not need a complete set to do and can just b done quickly (Hero Combos), or because I simply didn't know about it :)
As far as I know there are no missable collectables. It is recommended not to specifically go after most of these until you're far, far into the game, as a lot of the items can be picked up 'accidentally'. Additionally, some items I set the "Obtained" value to "HOLD" - these ones are technically possible to obtain fairly early in the game, but is strongly recommended to come back to it much later for various reasons (such as the recruit Dr Corque). For these I put an elaboration in the notes column.
Let me know if you have further suggestions. Otherwise, enjoy!

- This achievement is not missable, but some of these conversations are as they lean on your HQ level, so keep this in mind if you're trying to get everything out of the game. There are 57 events total, but only 40 are needed for the achievement. Missing every single one of those missable scenes will not screw you out of the achievement.
- To trigger a Hot Spring event, you need to place the listed members in your party where possible, including Support characters. If a character cannot be placed in your party, such as Mariette, then they just need to be recruited/in your town. Remember if you have characters with a padlock on them, you can make use of up to three extra slots to place them in and save you an extra trip.
- Only one event requires an item, which you get the moment you visit the hot spring for the first time. You do not need items for any other scenes and they just serve as decoration.

Achievement Specific Notes
- Going from 0-40 scenes will likely take you around 90 minutes in one sitting. But you'll spend more time figuring out which ones you can do before you've unlocked everyone. Personally I wouldn't worry about starting this until you've recruited everyone, and maybe just do a few here and there in between cooking battles or something to not drag it out.- This achievement is not missable, but some of these conversations are as they lean on your HQ level, so keep this in mind if you're trying to get everything out of the game. This achievement is busted or I'm crazy. I KNOW I have everyone recruited except for Leene.....and yet, when I try to do the #53 (last one on the list) scenario, I can't find ANY of the companions. BUT I can send them out on the Guild missions. AND Rohan, #51 on the list, can't find HIM either, but I used him in one of the plays.
Where are they? How come I can't add them to my party???

Not everyone you recruit joins your party. Some are merchants for example.
If you got the screen that says you've recruited the, that's enough. They'll join you in the hot spring automatically if you've recruited them.

The Hot Spring is another facility you will build in your town (see Town-Building Hero (40G)) and will allow you to have your characters relax, often getting a unique scene depending on which characters are in your active party, and which you have recruited. There are a few "missable" events that require your HQ to be at a specific level, but there are 50+ events possible and we only need 40, so no worries there. Do be aware that some characters can not be placed in your active or support slots, and are simply required to be recruited to show up in the event. Similarly, if there are two characters required for an event that both go in the support slot, simply placing one of them will suffice and you'll still trigger the event. A full list of events and required characters can be found HERE.
