You're gonna need about 3 million to fully upgrade all weapons and about 30 minutes to an hour waiting through the animations once you fully upgrade your smithy. Be smart and upgrade along the storyline when you can, saves a good amount of time. Does count towards the spending achievement though, a bit of an overkill and kinda a pointless achievement considering the god awful amount of money you need to spend to get some of the other achievements
The, Pants, Party
You'll need about 3 million baqua on hand to complete this task, and you need to upgrade your smithy in town to maximum level (see Town-Building Hero (40G) for info on that process). Once you have the smithy maxed, and every character recruited, you can now upgrade all their weapons to max. Unfortunately, you have to increase each character's weapon one level at a time, so this is a very boring and lengthy process of just watching the upgrade animation over and over. You should have the 3 million baqua needed for this after completing the Hero's Trial (Hero Beyond Time and Space (40G) achievement) as you'll earn a ton of money from that and be able to sell a bunch of the accessories you get from the bosses.
