This will come naturally as you upgrade your HQ and make progress in the Drafting Studio.
To begin making progress for your 1st landmark you will go to the left side of the drafting studio and follow this process:
Hero's Den Renovation > Build Workshop > Remodel Workshop > Build Landmark 1 (Landmark 1 requires 64k funds, 640 food, 1280 stone and 18 orichalcum).
