How to unlock the Epic Success! achievement in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes - Definitive Guide
Mission tasks are available after building the Mission Guild and talking to Gocteau to manage and send out teams
All this requires is a single "Epic Success" rather than having every mission task report an "Epic Success" despite what the achievement description says.
I sent my teams out to do the tasks "To the Farm!" and "Gather lumber", with both teams having an average A ranking for foraging. Team A was Marin, Sabine, Gieran and Barnard while Team B was Hakugin, Kallathor, Ivy and Jorhan.
Unsure if this is a glitch or just ambiguous wording for the achievement description.

Might be helpful to include how to undertake these missions. Do you have to build a certain building at the castle first? Who do you talk to to send people on missions? How long do they take? Etc...

Added a link to a relevant achievement (refer to my guide on there for building requirements, nae repeating it here), probably should have added it in the first place but slipped my mind given the silent unlock. And it takes half an hour like every other cycle in this game it seems

This achievement is actually bugged in a good way, and only requires a single "Epic Success" result on a Guild Mission. This will result in your party receiving more rewards than normal, and generally happens when you send a highly-skilled party on a mission. For instance, send a party led by Fume on a lumber mission and you should get this first try.
