How to unlock the Town-Building Hero achievement in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes - Definitive Guide

This will take some time as you need to unlock all upgrades to your town, accessed on floor one, a few hours into your game.

Other than a load of materials, be sure to start your guild ASAP so you can start getting what you need, and it should always be your priority to upgrade the guild first before anything to get new quests to send out your teams for rare materials as this will be very useful to fully getting everything finished, not to mention for recipes.

*You also need the scripts from the item shop rare finds to complete this, as the scripts open the theatre to more plays.

The Drafting Studio is run by Iris just to the right on the inside of your personal Castle/HQ (which you can name whatever you want and that's what will show up in your fast travel). You need to eventually upgrade your HQ to Level 4, and then purchase all the nodes at the Drafting Studio to build every amenity and level them all up to the best versions to unlock this achievement. Many of the upgrades will require a specific hero to be recruited so they can run the store or operation, but we'll be doing that anyway for Last One to Appear (100G).

Once you unlock the ability to do Guild Missions, be sure to assemble teams and have them running to continue earning rare upgrade materials, or press button-y.png on one of the nodes to see what other locations in the game you could farm the required materials. If you're getting resources in the wild, they respawn every ten minutes of real time. The guide located HERE has a good list of which characters to make party leaders for the best chances of success and additional materials from each mission, which take 30 minutes of real time each.

Later in the upgrade path you can purchase the ability to Convert resources from one type to another, so if you need those final Sacred Tree Chips or Orichalum, you could use that. But it's just as easy to leave your game running for a few hours and let the Guild Missions do the work for you. Be sure to pay attention to how many resources are stored in each category, as you may max out on cooking or building materials, at which point you'll want to see some of the older types that you won't use anymore to make room for the stuff you actually need.
