Story driven mission - cannot be missed:
On Quest 13: No Way Through, your party is blocked by a solid ice wall & are prompted to return to New Neveah to find Mellore. But when you ask Gocteau where she might be, he sadly states she went into the Quarry to see if she could clear the rubble, so you need someone else who can cast magic & let's it slip you should ask Isha.
After some comical conversation, Isha finally joins your party!
Good News: She is the same level as the rest of your party
Bad News: Her gear is sub-standard, so you need to improve it to get her to the same fighting power as CJ & Garoo
